"For a number of years I felt insecure about myself, always feeling that I had to prove myself and be better than other people to feel in anyway content with myself.
I had heard about the potential of hypnosis to boost confidence levels but until I stumbled across Kate’s website was not aware of hypnotherapy. I read about it and sceptically thought I would give it a go.
I had a small number of sessions and was quickly able to see the benefits – I had releases of emotion that I had not felt for a long time – it felt good. As time went on we slowly got closer to the root of the problem, and it seemed that Kate could sense this and knew exactly what was going on at all stages.
I have just finished my final session and have a big grin on my face. I feel quite different about myself now. Significantly more relaxed and content with my self. I feel an overall feeling of peace that I have probably never felt before.
The Hypnotherapy is a brilliant tool and over the past couple of weeks I have truly felt and understood the benefits. Kate is a lovely person and is very much in control and knows what is happening throughout the whole process.
