Hypnosis and Losing Weight Easily

Hypnosis can be a very effective means of helping those who have a weight problem. For people who are either yo-yo dieters or dieters who have tried a wide range of diets or slimming clubs I find that it often indicates some form of long term anxiety. eg panic attacks, low self esteem, depression, phobias anger issues etc. As short course Hypno Analysis, often between 8 – 10 sessions, can help resolve this problem for good.
For those clients who are only between 1 – 2 stone over weight The Relaxed Eating Programme can be very helpful. The Programme is made up of 5 weekly sessions where you will learn the 5 guidelines of the Relaxed Eating Programme. Hypnosis will also be used to give you lots of positive suggestions for your well being and aid your will power. Both of these elements will help you achieve a successful weight loss.

The Relaxed Eating Programme Guidelines.

1 Eat when you are physically hungry
2 Rate your hunger before, during and after a meal
               1 – Absolutely Starving
                6 – Full
9 – So full you feel sick
Eat when your stomach is around the 3 rating
Stop eating as soon as the food stops tasting delicious and before you feel full – around 5
3 Drink a glass of water before/with each meal to help clean your palate
4 Eat what you want, not what you think you should have.
When the idea of eating pops into your head STOP and THINK
5 Consciously become aware of and stay aware of chewing your food and eat slowly.

“The more you think you can, you will, the more you think you can’t, you won’t.”
